I watch a lot of your videos, and I have a question. I have been on a few Charters out of Oregon Inlet and up and down the East Coast, why don't' they troll in or out of the inlets or on the way to where they want to go fishing?

I was pretty mad at first, until I saw it was a tuna and not a shark. I know that shark hunting in some species is actually pretty good to sustain it, but I still don't like seeing it. But TO HELL WITH THAT TUNA! Those things are mean and straight up dumb. They're the "American bison" of the Sea.

The really funny part is the majority of the guys in OBX aren't from OBX. The amount of captains from NJ down there is kind of crazy. I think they get sick of having to run 80 plus miles anytime they want tunas 😂. OBX and NJ fisheries are very similar in most ways except in NJ it shuts down from usually the New Year till March

All these people commenting are thinking of something that doesn't happen. That "3 million dollar tuna" is not the price on all tuna. Its iust part of some dumb Japanese tradition where the first fish is sold for an extreme amount of money, usuall setting a record and that's it. This fish is not worth millions of dollars.

These fancy-schamtzy rear ski-swim platforms are cool..but now there's no place for a trolling-motor. To me..Boston Whaler is synonymous with offshore-fishing. No way IN HELL, would I go offshore, without a back-up motor, not just for trolling..but also, in case the big motor DIES.
